Oh, the places you'll go

Between homework, going to class, homework, vising my Danish family, homework, and seeing my friends, it seems like there aren’t enough hours in the day. With that being said, I want to make it a point to see the landmarks and attractions of wherever I am- Copenhagen, Paris, Brussels, etc. This series is going serve as my photo album of sights and activities!

First up: Rosenborg Castle and the Church of Our Saviour! I was able to step back in time and see the extravagant living quarters of old monarchs. I also braved climbing 150 of external stairs in order to gain an extravagant view of Copenhagen!

I’ve only been here 5 days?

I’ve only been here for 5 days…yet it feels like it’s been weeks. To be honest, I feel as if I’ve started to slowly shift from the status of tourist to student. I might be getting ahead of myself, but I find that I look at maps less frequently, no longer get startled when a line of bikes speeds past me, and can count kroner (Danish currency) without getting flustered. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still very obvious that I’m an American, but at the very least, I find myself starting to refer to København as home.
